In order to provide all of our patients with the care and commitment they deserve we have created two divisions of CareOne: Allergy and Immunology. Both of these will fall under the umbrella of CareOne Institute.

Here you will find information on the CareOne Course – our allergy shot treatment plan, as well as patient resources such as blogs to keep you updated on the latest advances and tips for living with allergy and asthma. Our new contact form makes it easy to schedule your appointment.
CareOne Immunology Website
Careoneimmunology.com is a resource for referring physicians, as well as individual patients who are seeking information on primary immunodeficiency symptoms, testing, and treatments. Patient tools allow you to easily discover if CareOne Immunology accepts your insurance, and fill out a contact form to schedule your appointment.
CareOne Allergy Team
As we recently announced, Cara DeBusk, PA-C is CareOne Allergy’s Director of Immunotherapy. She has been caring for our allergy, asthma, and allergic skin condition patients for over 3 years, and has proven to be a caring, capable physician. Dr. Rosenbach will be available should his assistance be needed, but he will be devoting the majority of his time to managing the Immunology Department.
CareOne Allergy will oversee the following departments:
- Allergy shots
- Skin testing
- Patch testing
- Immunotherapy vaccine preparation
- CareOne Allergy will manage the atopic diseases including: asthma, allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, hives, eczema, food allergy, and venom allergy.
CareOne Immunology Team
CareOne lmmunology will continue to be managed by Dr. Kevin Rosenbach, a leading immunologist in the evaluation, assessment, testing, and treatment of Primary lmmune Deficiency diseases with over 20 years of experience in his field. Dr. Rosenbach is a leader in his field, and has developed cutting edge treatment advancements.
CareOne Immunology will oversee the following departments:
- Primary immune deficiencies
- Humoral antibody deficiencies
- Cell mediated immune deficiencies
- Mast cell disorders
- Eosinophilic disorders
- Compliment deficiencies
- Pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders (PANDAS)
- Hereditary angioedema, and any other immunological conditions.
