CareOne’s On-Time Commitment to Our Patients

We understand that your time is important, and we our always looking for new ways to lower waiting times in our office. To that end we have implemented CareOne’s On-Time Commitment, a new policy to eliminate long wait times. CareOne will be initiating the following changes in an effort to reduce wait times.

1. When you make an appointment you will be asked if you expect to require additional time to speak with our Doctors and staff (beyond your allotted exam time). If a request for additional time is made it will be added to our calendar and you will receive a text confirming the date and time for your appointment.

2. At check-in you will receive an accurate record of your arrival time, and if you have to wait more than 15 minutes you will receive a Prima by Cindy Skincare Gift ($25 Value).

3. Out of respect for the time of all CareOne Patients one of our nurses will remind both you and the doctor when your appointment is wrapping up.

The CareOne team is just as committed to respecting the value of your time as we are to the treatment of your allergy, asthma, and immunology conditions. We hope these new changes will both reduce your wait times and provide you with the proper time you require to speak with your doctor. Please contact us with any questions you may have about our new policy.
